A Year After Sending Clothes to a Stranger, What I Received Changed Everything

While cleaning out my daughter’s closet last year,

I decided to donate some gently used clothes for a toddler.

Soon after, a woman reached out, explaining her little girl had

almost nothing to wear and asked if I could mail the clothes to her.

I was unsure at first but felt moved by her honesty,

so I sent the clothes at my own expense without expecting anything in return.

Months passed, and I nearly forgot about it, wondering if I had been scammed.

Still, I told myself that the clothes might be helping someone in need, and that was enough.

Then, almost a year later, a package arrived

with a heartfelt letter and photos of the little girl wearing the clothes I sent.
