Cameron Diaz secretly welcomes baby at 53 – reveals newborn son’s unique name

Diaz did the one thing Hollywood never expected. She walked away. At 47, she chose diapers over red carpets, midnight feedings over movie premieres.

Cameron Diaz once reigned as one of Hollywood’s most bankable stars,

but her greatest role arrived long after the credits rolled. After welcoming daughter Raddix

at 47 and son Cardinal five years later, she chose to trade scripts for school runs, insisting no paycheck could compete with the life she was building at home.

Now, at 53, she and husband Benji Madden have surprised fans again,

revealing the arrival of their third child, a baby boy named Nautas.

Benji’s announcement overflows with gratitude: their children are healthy,

happy, and the couple is “having a blast.” The name Nautas, interpreted as

“sailor” or “voyager,” feels like a quiet manifesto – a tribute to journeys taken late,

bravely, and fully awake. Diaz’s second act isn’t about a comeback to fame, but about steering her own course,

proving it’s never too late to choose a different kind of starring role.
