enough to remove sebum, sweat, pollution, and product without stripping the fiber. A clean scalp allows follicles to

“breathe” better, reduces inflammation, and creates a more favorable environment for growth and shine.

The key is not how often you wash, but how well you adapt that rhythm to your life. Oily or very active scalps may need daily or near‑daily washing with gentle,

balancing shampoos; drier or curly hair can tolerate fewer washes with more nourishing formulas. Lukewarm water, fingertip massage, thorough rinsing,

and keeping conditioner on mid‑lengths and ends protect the fiber. With a consistent routine, three to five washes
